Job Overview:
The Fulfillment Center Supervisor oversees and works to improve the daily tasks of Fulfillment Center Associates according to specific goals. Supervises and offers leadership to subordinates in accordance with the organization’s policies and guidelines. Responsible for the safety and productivity of hourly associates. Build talent, align cross-functional partners, and create a culture of safety, clarity, and continuous improvement while meeting service and quality goals.
Responds decisively under pressure; prioritizes, assigns, and resolves problems with measurable impact. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees, planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems as needed.

Education and/or Experience:
Bachelor’s degree is highly preferred. Will consider high-potential candidates with high school diploma and minimum five years related experience in a leadership role within a high (40,000+) SKU volume manufacturing or e-commerce environment and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
